Job Role Overview

At Jekay International Pvt. Ltd. we are seeking to hire a Computers & Artificial Intelligence Trainer with experience successfully delivering training to working professionals in both Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel) and providing examples of how artificial intelligence tools can be used in the business world.

The Computers & AI Trainer will focus on increasing employee productivity, improving analytical skills through enhanced data analysis, and introducing automation concepts while educating on how to use AI responsibly and ethically as part of everyday work.

Key Responsibilities

MS Office & Advanced Excel Training

Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training on MS Office tools
Deliver advanced, hands-on training in Microsoft Excel:

Formulas & Functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, etc.)
Pivot Tables, Dashboards, and Data Visualization
Power Query and Productivity Features in Excel
Reporting & Data Analysis for Business Use

Customize training modules based on departmental requirements such as Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, & Administration
Assess participants abilities using applied assignments, exercises, and assessments

Artificial Intelligence Training

Deliver Beginner to Intermediate Level AI Training to Non-Technical Professionals
Train employees to effectively use AI tools in the workplace:

AI Assistants (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.)
AI-Based Data Analysis, Reporting, Documentation, & Workflow Automation

Responsible and Ethical Use of AI, including Data Privacy & Security
Illustrate how to use AI technology to optimize and automate everyday tasks resulting in increased business performance, accuracy & increased quality in making executive decisions.

Training Conception & Continuous Support

Create & enhance Training materials for example, PPT slides, manuals, exercises & examples of business challenges.
Remain current with all Microsoft Excel innovations, enhancements through Microsoft Office & innovations surrounding AI.
Post-Training Assistance through follow-up training & assisting with identifying ways to improve working performance.
Obtain feedback from participants & consistently raise the quality of training & training delivery.

Required Knowledge & Expertise

Graduated with a degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science or Data Analytics (or a similar degree).
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Well versed regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI) & business applications of AI and AI technology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical information in a simple manner with a practical application.

Ideal Experience

2–5 years experience in a training/teaching profession.
Experience training working professionals in today’s corporate world.
Hands on experience with AI tools and using automation and productivity software.
