Position: Entry-Level Full Stack Engineer Experience: 0–1 year (Graduate / Entry-Level Engineer) Unico Connect develops AI-based solutions which create effective products that address major issues through their advanced capacity to operate at scale. We seek junior full-stack engineers who demonstrate curiosity and motivation and possess skills to develop complete web applications which encompass frontend and backend development and wish to advance their careers toward becoming product-focused engineers. This position serves as an ideal entry point for engineers who need practical experience which includes hands-on work with frontend development and backend services and database systems and AI-based development processes. You will collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to acquire knowledge about the process of building products and scaling them to meet demand.

What You’ll Be Working On

Develop user-friendly interfaces with high performance capabilities through the use of React.js

Support the creation of backend services and APIs through Node.js development Utilize PostgreSQL to manage data storage and execute queries and perform fundamental
Utilize PostgreSQL to manage data storage and execute queries and perform fundamental database enhancements

Establish connections between frontend elements and backend systems through API integration Acquire knowledge about system design and scalability and engineering best practices from experienced developers Develop AI-based tools and platforms which enhance development processes and debugging activities and educational progress Create code which follows clean standards and maintains readability while providing detailed documentation Perform debugging across all system levels while developing systematic approaches to solve problems

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field The candidate possesses strong knowledge of JavaScript and HTML and CSS programming languages. The candidate has basic knowledge of React.js which includes components and props and state and hooks. The applicant demonstrates understanding of Node.js along with essential backend development principles. The applicant possesses knowledge of PostgreSQL and other relational database systems. The applicant has basic knowledge of REST APIs and client-server system design. The applicant shows interest in AI-based products and platforms and development tools which utilize AI technologies.

The person shows an ability to learn new things while maintaining a positive attitude toward receiving feedback and developing their skills in a work setting that requires quick adaptability.
The applicant displays effective communication abilities which support their team-based work approach.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

The candidate has completed academic work and personal projects and internship projects which demonstrate their ability to use React and Node.js and full-stack development skills. The candidate possesses knowledge of Git which enables them to execute version control processes effectively. The candidate possesses knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js together with other contemporary technologies used in frontend development. The candidate has practical experience with AI tools which include ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot and similar applications. The candidate has knowledge about deployment processes and cloud platforms and CI/CD development practices.
