Role Overview

This is not an entry-level position. EazyML is looking for a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer or a Generative AI Engineer with experience in traditional machine learning and practical experience with building GenAI solutions in the real world.

You will work remotely from anywhere in India and will be involved in researching, designing, and developing agent-based AI systems for the EazyML platform. You shall be working directly with EazyML customers and as such you will have to demonstrate a strong technical skill set as well as have excellent communication skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Create, implement, and deploy agency/agentic AI utilizing Large-Scale Language Models (LLMs).
Develop and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines from raw data acquisition all the way through to production.
Create and refine prompts for reflex/self-learning/tool using agents.
Develop intelligent AI agents with LangChain and LangGraph.
Work on real-world enterprise use case scenarios such as translating Natural Language Queries (NLQ) into SQL statements.
Write clean, efficient Python code for creating wrapper classes, utility classes, and API interfaces.
Collaborate with customers and other company divisions to design scalable AI solutions.
Integrate Responsible AI components into solution design and delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

A minimum of four years' experience working in Generative AI.
A minimum of four years of experience working in traditional Machine Learning.

Must have strong hands-on experience with:

Large Language Models (GPT based and open-source)
Prompt engineering for agent based systems
Transformers, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and deep learning architectures

Proven experience with using:

Python (core development language)
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
NLP libraries and embedding models
Vector databases

Practical experience using:

OpenAI models
Azure OpenAI
Llama / Llama 2 / other open-source LLMs
Experience working within finance and/or insurance/healthcare will be viewed very favorably.

Education Requirements and Qualifications

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Computer Science

• Data Science

• Engineering

• Mathematics/Statistics

• A solid background in statistical analysis and machine learning theory
