Position Overview

Alignerr is hiring for an Artificial Intelligence Training Specialist to help with the creation and enhancement of cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems. Your job will consist of fulfilling structured actions that contribute to improving the accuracy, consistency, and conformity of AI models to actual world expectations. This is a remote, contractor position with flexible hours and competitive pay on an hourly basis.

We are looking for individuals to work as AI Training Specialists that do not necessarily have previous experience in AI, Machine Learning or Computer Programming. The most important thing we are looking for is your ability to follow directions consistently, make consistent decisions, and deliver quality performance on all of your assigned tasks. If you are detail-oriented, self-driven, and like working independently, this position could be a good fit for you.

What You Will Do

As a Training Specialist for Artificial Intelligence (AI), this position will help improve how AI systems receive and interpret information received through Human Interaction. Your tasks will include;

• Completing well-defined structured activities that train the AI model.

• Labelling, Classifying, and Rating results by AI and other means with set guidelines.

• Evaluating results from AI support with respect to accuracy, relevance, and quality.

• Interacting with multiple content types (Text Images Audio).

• Strictly following supplied rubrics/task instructions.

• Consistency, detail in your work.

You will receive detailed instructions and examples for each of the tasks assigned so that you will clearly understand what is expected from you before you start to work.
