We are focused on Applied AI. Your job is to take the incredible power of Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI and Claude and weave them into the fabric of our daily operations. You will be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real-world real estate solutions.

Core Objectives

Workflow Design: Architecting complex triggers, branching logic, and conditional paths.

System Integration: Ensuring our CRM, SMS, and Voice platforms function as a single, cohesive organism.

Operational Excellence: Building for reliability, handling errors gracefully, and optimizing for cost-efficiency.

 Your Technical Toolkit

To succeed in this role, you should be a "power user" of the modern automation stack. We don’t expect you to build a neural network from scratch, but we do expect you to be a master of the API ecosystem.

Must-Have Skills

Automation Platforms: Mastery of Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n. You should know how to navigate their nuances and limitations.

LLM Integration: Hands-on experience working with OpenAI and Claude APIs. You understand prompt engineering within an automated pipeline.

Data Handling: A solid grasp of JSON structures, Webhooks, and REST APIs.

The Ecosystem: Experience connecting tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Twilio, and OpenPhone.

The "Bonus" Factors

While not strictly required, we are highly interested in candidates who bring:

Coding Fundamentals: Basic JavaScript or Python for those moments when a "no-code" tool needs a custom function.

1. Building & Deploying

You will build AI-powered workflows that handle lead generation, internal data management, and client communication. This involves mapping out triggers, conditions, and branching logic to ensure the AI acts intelligently in different scenarios.

2. Monitoring & Debugging

In the world of APIs, things break. You will be the first line of defense—debugging broken automations, analyzing logs, and implementing retries and fallbacks to ensure our business never stops moving.

3. Documentation & Optimization

An automation is only as good as its documentation. You will create clear diagrams and notes so the team understands the "why" behind the "how." Additionally, you’ll constantly look for ways to reduce token costs and improve response latency.

Compensation & Commitment

Rate: $6 – $15 USD per hour (Scaling with experience).

Type: Full-time, Long-term contract potential.

Location: 100% Remote.

Hours: While the initial expectation is listed at 8 hours per week, we are looking for a partner for the long haul as our systems scale.
